Sure it is no kitchen secret that we are prefering to use groceries from our region. Regarding the ingredients for our delicious Allgäu specialties we are going even one step further. We use products from sustainable organic farming and the mountain herbs come from our own herb garden.

Our secret will remain though how gently we prepare the regional products in harmony with the elements. We leave them with first-class energetic quality and only subtly refine them with natural flavours - this however will stay our secret recipe.
